I absolutely loved this book. It's sad, amazing, heartbreaking, and hopeful, all at the same time.
Clay Jensen , one day, receives a pack of mysterious tapes on his front porch. So of course he rushes to the old radio/cassette player in his dad's garage to check out these mysterious tapes. And soon wishes, wholeheartedly, that he'd never picked up that stupid package. The tapes are kind of like a suicide note from Hannah Baker addressed to 13 people she says were the reason she decided to end her life.Clay had a crush on Hannah forever, but he never had the guts to really tell her. So how did he end up on her tapes? How could he be one of the people responsible for her suicide, he will have to listen to the tapes to find out.
This is one of the most compelling books I’ve ever read.
It's tough, sad, and tragic. But it carries a message more positive than negative.
